Aufgrund meiner Behinderung und der Erkrankung Epidermolysis bullosa ben\u00f6tige ich einen Rollstuhl, der zuverl\u00e4ssig, bequem und an meine individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnisse angepasst ist.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 2019 nutzte ich den Elektrorollstuhl AirWheel H3S, der mir etwa sieben Jahre lang treu gedient hat. Er hat mich auf zahlreichen Ausfl\u00fcgen, im Urlaub und bei unvergesslichen Momenten begleitet.<\/p>\n<p>In dieser Zeit habe ich mich vollkommen an ihn gew\u00f6hnt. Die Art der Steuerung, die Sitzposition und die gesamte Konstruktion passten mir gut. Nach und nach traten jedoch technische Probleme auf, vor allem mit den Getrieben, weshalb ich \u00fcber eine Reparatur oder Modernisierung nachzudenken begann.<\/p>\n<p>Urspr\u00fcnglich hatte ich nicht geplant, einen komplett neuen Rollstuhl zu kaufen. Meine finanziellen M\u00f6glichkeiten sind begrenzt und hochwertige Elektrorollst\u00fchle stellen eine recht gro\u00dfe Investition dar.<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende entwickelte sich jedoch alles ganz anders, als ich erwartet hatte.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"kh-comfy-section \" aria-labelledby=\"kh-comfy-section-2\">\n<h3  id=\"kh-comfy-section-2\">Wie ich ComfyGo Mobility Europe kennenlernte<\/h3>\n<p>Auf der Suche nach einer geeigneten Alternative entdeckte ich den Elektrorollstuhl <strong>ComfyGo Majestic IQ-9000 AR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Er beeindruckte mich vor allem durch seine moderne Konstruktion, die b\u00fcrstenlosen Elektromotoren, die verstellbare R\u00fcckenlehne, die Kopfst\u00fctze und die einfache Transportm\u00f6glichkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Ich kontaktierte daher das Unternehmen <strong>ComfyGo Mobility Europe<\/strong> mit Sitz in den Niederlanden, um n\u00e4here Informationen zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation sehr angenehm. Ich erhielt Antworten auf meine Fragen und sp\u00fcrte ein echtes Interesse daran, mir bei der Auswahl eines geeigneten Rollstuhls zu helfen.<\/p>\n<p>Was dann folgte, hat mich jedoch am meisten \u00fcberrascht.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"kh-comfy-section \" aria-labelledby=\"kh-comfy-section-3\">\n<h3  id=\"kh-comfy-section-3\">Eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Hilfe, mit der ich \u00fcberhaupt nicht gerechnet habe<\/h3>\n<p>Meine Anfrage wurde von <strong>Marvin Chundro<\/strong> von ComfyGo Mobility Europe bearbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Da der urspr\u00fcngliche Preis des Rollstuhls bei etwa 2.500 \u20ac lag, erkl\u00e4rte ich ihm meine finanzielle Situation und meine M\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Marvin versuchte, eine L\u00f6sung zu finden, und es gelang ihm, einen ersten deutlichen Preisnachlass zu erwirken. Dennoch war der Endbetrag immer noch h\u00f6her, als ich mir leisten konnte.<\/p>\n<p>Ich dankte ihm f\u00fcr seine Bem\u00fchungen und teilte ihm mit, dass ich den Kauf eines neuen Rollstuhls wahrscheinlich verschieben w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Ich dachte, damit sei unsere Kommunikation beendet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doch Marvin gab nicht auf.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aus eigener Initiative kontaktierte er erneut die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung und konnte einen weiteren au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Rabatt sichern.<\/p>\n<p>Dank seines Einsatzes sank der Endpreis f\u00fcr den Rollstuhl selbst auf <strong>1.500 \u20ac<\/strong>, was eine <strong>finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung von etwa 1.000 \u20ac gegen\u00fcber dem urspr\u00fcnglichen Angebot<\/strong> bedeutete.<\/p>\n<p>Der Versand wurde separat mit 130 \u20ac berechnet.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Unterst\u00fctzung bedeutete mir unglaublich viel. Dank ihr konnte ich mir den Kauf eines neuen Elektrorollstuhls viel fr\u00fcher leisten, als ich urspr\u00fcnglich gedacht hatte.<\/p>\n<p>Ich m\u00f6chte betonen, dass ich den Rollstuhl nicht v\u00f6llig kostenlos erhalten habe. Ich habe ihn zu einem extrem verg\u00fcnstigten individuellen Preis erworben. Daher brauche ich eine gewisse Zeit, um mich vollkommen an ihn zu gew\u00f6hnen.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Gl\u00fcck habe ich zu Hause sehr geschickte Helfer.<\/p>\n<p>Meine Mutter half mir bei der Montage und Einstellung des Rollstuhls und n\u00e4hte mir sogar einen neuen Bezug f\u00fcr mein eigenes Sitzkissen, das ich f\u00fcr bequemes Sitzen ben\u00f6tige.<\/p>\n<p>Mein Vater wiederum passte die Joystick-Halterung an und verl\u00e4ngerte sie, damit mir die Position besser zusagt.<\/p>\n<p>Nach diesen Anpassungen hat sich mein Komfort deutlich verbessert.<\/p>\n<p>Am Majestic gef\u00e4llt mir besonders sein modernes Design, die kompakten Ma\u00dfe und die gute Wendigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich ist es f\u00fcr eine gr\u00fcndliche Bewertung noch zu fr\u00fch.
