Medications and Vitamins for Epidermolysis Bullosa – My Experiences

On this page, I list the medications, vitamins, and nutritional supplements that I use for Epidermolysis Bullosa. This is based on my personal experience and the things that help me manage daily life with this condition.

I use each of these products regularly, and below you will find their description, effects, and the reason why I take them.

Because of Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), I need to use various medications, vitamins, and nutritional supplements daily. This genetic skin condition causes painful wounds and blisters, so proper care for the body and immune support are very important.

On this page, I provide an overview of the vitamins, medications, and nutritional supplements I regularly use while living with Epidermolysis Bullosa. These are things that help me keep my body in better condition and support wound healing.

For treating my wounds, I also use various medical supplies, which you can find on this page:

Vitamins and Minerals

Jamieson Vitamin C 500 mg

I’ve been using Vitamin C long-term to support immunity and protect the body from infections. With Epidermolysis Bullosa, the immune system is very important because the skin is often damaged and more susceptible to inflammation.

This vitamin also supports collagen production, which is important for skin health and wound healing. By taking Vitamin C regularly, I try to support the body’s natural defenses.

The chewable form is practical for me and easy to take.
