ComfyGo Mobility – when willingness to help means more than business

My new ComfyGo Majestic IQ-9000 AR electric wheelchair and the story of help I deeply appreciate.

A personal thank-you for an exceptional individual discount. I bought the wheelchair; it was not a free gift.

Seven years with my faithful AirWheel H3S

An electric wheelchair is a very important part of my life. Given my disability and the condition epidermolysis bullosa, I need a wheelchair that is reliable, comfortable, and adapted to my individual needs.

Since 2019, I used the AirWheel H3S electric wheelchair, which served me faithfully for about seven years. It went with me on many trips, holidays, and unforgettable moments.

Over that time, I got perfectly used to it. The control method, the seat position, and the overall construction suited me. However, technical problems gradually started to appear, mainly with the gearboxes, so I began thinking about repair or an upgrade.

I originally did not plan to buy a completely new wheelchair. My financial options are limited, and high-quality electric wheelchairs are a fairly large investment.

In the end, however, everything turned out completely differently than I expected.

How I got to know ComfyGo Mobility Europe

While looking for a suitable alternative, I discovered the ComfyGo Majestic IQ-9000 AR electric wheelchair.

I was especially interested in its modern design, brushless electric motors, power-reclining backrest, headrest, and the option of easy transport.

I therefore contacted ComfyGo Mobility Europe, based in the Netherlands, to get more detailed information.

From the start, the communication was very pleasant. I received answers to my questions and felt a genuine interest in helping me choose a suitable wheelchair.

But what surprised me most was what came next.

Exceptional help I did not expect at all

My request was handled by Marvin Chundro from ComfyGo Mobility Europe.

Since the original price of the wheelchair was about €2,500, I explained my financial situation and options to him.

Marvin tried to find a solution and managed to arrange the first significant price discount. Even so, the final amount was still higher than I could afford.

I thanked him for his willingness and told him that I would probably postpone buying a new wheelchair.

I thought that would be the end of our communication.

But Marvin did not give up.

On his own initiative, he contacted the company management again and managed to secure another exceptional discount.

Thanks to his effort, the final price of the wheelchair itself dropped to €1,500, which represented about €1,000 in financial support compared to the original offer.

Shipping was charged separately at €130.

This support meant an incredible amount to me. Thanks to it, I could afford to buy a new electric wheelchair much sooner than I originally expected.

I want to emphasize that I did not receive the wheelchair completely free of charge. I purchased it at an exceptionally favourable individual price. However, this form of help made a huge difference for me.

A personal thank-you to Marvin Chundro

Dear Marvin,

I would like to sincerely thank you, also in this way, from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me.

I truly appreciate your patience, willingness, helpfulness, and above all, your human approach.

I never expected that someone would try so hard to help me with buying a new electric wheelchair.

But you did something extra. Even after I told you that I could not afford the wheelchair at the moment, you continued looking for a solution.

That is what made me very happy and moved me.

Thank you not only for the exceptional financial support, but also for treating me with respect, understanding, and a sincere effort to help.

Thank you, Marvin. I will not forget your help and kindness. ❤️

The new Majestic arrived at my home

On 16 October 2026, DHL Express delivered my new ComfyGo Majestic IQ-9000 AR.

I chose an elegant all-black version with breathable textile upholstery and special solid front wheels with a honeycomb structure (honeycomb), which the company provided for me at no extra charge.

At first glance, the wheelchair impressed me with its modern look.

The package also included practical accessories, including tools, a remote control, a small hand pump, and an additional light with USB ports.

I was also very pleased with the nice ComfyGo side bag that Marvin personally included as a gift.

I would also like to thank him very much for this pleasant surprise.

ComfyGo Majestic IQ-9000 AR – a brief introduction

The new Majestic is a folding electric wheelchair that offers many modern features.

Its main features include:

  • Two brushless electric motors with an output of 2 × 250 W.
  • Maximum speed of about 6 km/h.
  • Two lithium batteries.
  • Power-reclining backrest.
  • Adjustable headrest.
  • Electromagnetic brakes.
  • Modern joystick with a display.
  • Compact folding construction.
  • Solid front honeycomb wheels and inflatable rear tyres.

The manufacturer also lists other technical parameters, including range, load capacity, and the ability to handle inclines. I will cover these in more detail in a separate review, where I will compare the official data with real-world experience.

You can find more information on the official ComfyGo Majestic IQ-9000 AR page.

First impressions and wheelchair adjustments

After seven years of using the AirWheel H3S, sitting in the Majestic for the first time felt a bit unusual for me.

The new wheelchair has different dimensions, a different joystick, and slightly different driving characteristics. Therefore, I need some time to get fully used to it.

Fortunately, I have very handy helpers at home.

My mum helped me with assembling and setting up the wheelchair, and she even sewed a new cover for my own seat cushion, which I need for comfortable sitting.

My dad, in turn, modified and extended the joystick mount so that its position suits me better.

After these adjustments, my comfort improved significantly.

What I like most about the Majestic is its modern design, compact dimensions, and good manoeuvrability.

Of course, it is still too early for a thorough evaluation. I want to test it properly first and gain experience in different conditions.

What do I plan next?

This article is primarily my personal thank-you to ComfyGo Mobility Europe and Marvin Chundro for their exceptional help.

In the future, I plan to prepare a separate, detailed, and independent review of the Majestic IQ-9000 AR electric wheelchair.

Step by step, I will cover comfort, driving characteristics, controls, range, batteries, motors, build quality, and also a comparison with my previous AirWheel H3S.

I also plan to add long-term experience after several months of use, so that I can provide as objective a view as possible of its real advantages and any shortcomings.

Thank you, ComfyGo Mobility Europe!

In conclusion, I would like to once again sincerely thank the entire ComfyGo Mobility Europe team, especially Marvin Chundro, for the help, understanding, and exceptionally accommodating approach.

Your support enabled me to start a new chapter with a modern electric wheelchair that I hope will serve me reliably for many years.

I am very grateful that even today there are people and companies for whom it is not only about sales, but also about humanity and a willingness to help.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️
